Esto permitir\u00e1 conocer la realidad a la cual se enfrentan d\u00eda a d\u00eda la poblaci\u00f3n chadiana y explicar el trabajo de identificaci\u00f3n proactiva de personas con dificultadas visuales, as\u00ed como destacar la importancia que tienen las Fundaciones que trabajan en la cooperaci\u00f3n para adecuarse en las condiciones, estructuras e incluso las costumbres culturales del
